Beyond the spirited competition and world-class hospitality the Tavistock Cup offers, the tournament serves as a fund-raising vehicle for philanthropic causes around the globe. Since its inception in 2004, the Tavistock Cup has helped both local and international organizations through the Tavistock Foundation.

Over the last seven years, the Tavistock Cup through the Tavistock Foundation has donated more than $5 million to worthy organizations, including charities hand-selected by Tavistock Cup players. The Tavistock Foundation is recognized as a dedicated friend of many charitable organizations.  Vivienne Lewis, chairman of Tavistock Foundation, explains, "At Tavistock, we are relationship-oriented, and it is satisfying and rewarding to work with people and causes we care about very deeply."
